Ugh, I am sorry to hear this. Everyone in my office knows my goals (it is a small office) and are so supportive! I try to bring something to our carry-ins that does fit in my calories and my co-workers are good about bringing the nutrition info with there things. I'm sorry they are giving you a rough time. hang in there.

Other things can make your skin change too (such as liver problems). I would check in with your family MD [or NP :-) ].

I plateaued for a month and my trainer recommended I do a zig-zag calorie plan. It consistes of 2 lower days, high day, 2 lower days, medium day and repeat. You can find it online

I was professionally fitted for athletic shoes and the put me in a whole size larger than I was wearing! It has made a huge difference and it was a free service. Yes you have to because some (fruit especially) can make a big difference in calories and carbs (bananas, for example, can be >100 calories). I did WW before too and counting veggies and fruits was an adjustment. But to accurately food journal, you need to log everything that goes in your mouth!

I am stuck too. My trainer is having me try this zig zap calorie thing for the next two weeks. She has had luck from it. You can find your recommended numbers at freedieting.com. I will let you know if it works.

Taco Bell's fresca menu is resonable - about 150 cal per taco Burger king whopper junior , no mayo , is only 300 cal KFC grilled menu isn't too bad either

I have had luck with Silver jeans. Though it is touch to find the plus sizes and they are expensive (I am cheap)! Old navy are okay but a little saggy in the crotch from me.
