I just didn't go around sweets for at least a few weeks when I was beginning this. Doing this allowed me to see the results of cutting out sugary foods or cutting down a ton. Now that I feel like I have some self control, I will share a desert with the hubby and the kids, that way I only eat a fraction of it. :)

When I am sick, an inhaler will not make the grade. I have a nebulizer (breathing treatment machine). It works wonders! Your doctor can prescribe one for you and most insurances cover them. I'm 10 days in and the calorie burn that is on the net might not be accurate. I use a Heart Rate Monitor now so I have accurate results. I was over estimating with the numbers floating around. I'm currently doing it and love it. I did pair it with her Shred with Weights DVD which is a kettle bell routine. Doing both I burn 464 calories according to my heart rate monitor. I had headaches the first few days I did this change of eating and they went away. BUT I recently found out I'm not eating enough, so check out your calorie intake vs. your workouts, etc!

When I started this just over a month ago, I would eat 1200 and workout burning 500 - 600 and NOT eat them back. I lost a good amount the first two weeks but then it slowed.
