Bless your heart for posting this!! I had heard this before, but it's a nice reminder from someone with experience. I gained two weeks in a row when I started my mini marathon training. The next week, I lost significantly and continue to steadily go down. So don't give up, everybody! Thanks again for the post!

It's just hard sometimes, isn't it?! I went through 2 weeks in a row recently where I did everything right and actually gained. But I stuck with my plan and dropped 3 the next week. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to, but I typically don't count them either. I may count a banana, because they can be pretty big and are so sugary. And I'll count super starchy stuff like lima beans, but I don't count spinach or broccoli or well... a lot of other vegetables or fruits. I don't want to prevent myself from…
