I'm sorry but I disagree about everyone having celiac and gaining weight when you go gluten-free. Though it's only been 3 days of being gf for me I know several people who have lost a signigifcant amount of weight by switching after their diagnosis. Some people probably do gain, but there are lots who lose weight once…

I was recently diagnosed as having Celiac and I can tell you that I would never go gluten-free by choice. There are perks such as you do wind up eating less processed, healthier food but honestly the cost and hassle of it is not worth it (at least to me) unless there is a medical reason for it.

I try to exercise in the morning but at 7 AM (when I need to get up if I'm going to do it) I find myself unable to pry myself out of bed. I am more active in the evening so it just seems more natural for me to work out in the evening.

That is true, however I prefer to live in a place called the real world, not the internet. I find actually existing outside of my computer to be much more entertaining.

Well I have large breasts and I love them, but I am sure not on the website to show them off. I am here to lose weight not be like "Hey don't I have an awesome rack!?!" If I wanted to show them off I would go work at Hooters.

I am actually married to a man I met on Match.com. We have been together for over 4 years and I am very happy. I tried eharmony when they had the free trial but I didn't like it because I felt it told me who I could talk to and didn't let me decided. I prefer Match for sure.

I am actually participating in something similar to this called the Mud Ninja Extreme Challenge in July. I'm glad to hear you had a good time with it. Any tips for a first timer?

I live in Westerville!

Damn girl! 20 days and you have made that much progress? You have done amazing! Keep it up!

I totally understand. Kids don't realize they are being so hurtful sometimes. A few months ago my boss' daughter asked if I was pregnant and when I said "No. Why do you ask?" she replied with "Becuase your belly is so big!" I was so upset for days over a 8 year old's comment.

I have cheat days however I still watch what I eat. My husband and I only have Tuesdays off and we always use that for our "date nights." Because I know we will be going to dinner I am careful with what I eat the rest of the day. I usually only gain about 1 or 1.5 lbs and within 2 days it is gone. I would suggest that on…

When you first signed up you pick if you are sedentary, lightly active, etc. So becuase you are on your feet all day you probably picked a higher activity level which means you would not log the standing/walking you typically do in a day since that would essentially count the calories burned twice.

I actually really like water so I have no problem getting in the required amount. One thing you can add to your water are drink mixes. Benefiber actually makes flavored packets to add to your water so not only are you getting more water intake with a yummy taste but you also are getting more fiber.

I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks by changing my eating habits and going on a few walks. I think there are plenty of exercises you can do outside or at home for little to no cost. I would try that before going for the gym membership.

The Dr. Oz Show actually had an episode about top diet myths and not eating after a certain time was one of them. Your body does't care what time it is and a calorie is still a calorie. It really is about eating less than you burn. Most people have the problem with eating at night because they already ate their calories…

I met my husband on a dating website after I had a bad breakup and just wanted to see who all was out there. We have been married for 10 months and have been together for 4 years. Relationships online CAN work. As for dating someone on MFP, I wouldn't see why people who met through the site (and perhaps actually live near…

My husband happens to own all three lol. I recommend Xbox 360 with Kinect because of the versatility. It give you the ability to play games hands free and then you also have the ability to just play regular video games as well. In my opinion the Xbox is more bang for your buck.

I personally don't exercise. I actually hate working out and will avoid the gym if possible. I am sure at some point I will plateau or want to tone up and in that case I will start working out.

I have my diary public but I still eat what I want to. I couldn't care less if someone likes what I'm eating or not. This is MY body and MY life and I'm not losing weight for anyone else by myself. I personally think its nuts that people would care what I do or don't eat. I find it a bit judgemental.

I actually don't get a lunch break. I'm a receptionist and barely able to leave the front desk to go to the bathroom. I always pack a lunch and take it with me and just try to take a bite when I can. Though it may not be the best lunch I take something quick and easy like a sandwich and some chips and maybe some yogurt ot…

I spend $200 a month for my husband and me. I coupon and usually am able to save 50% or more betweens sales and coupons. I probably don't even need to spend that much a month but I like to stockpile items when they are a good price.

Thank you everyone so much for your ideas. I'm really going to look into trying some of them, though I still don't know about those banana ideas!

I've been doing this for 2 weeks and the first week I lost 5 pounds and the second week looks like it will end with a 3 pound loss. I had my settings set to lose 1 lb per week. I believe that the reason this is happening (at least in my case) is that I selected sedentary as my fitness level since I have a desk job, but in…

I persoanlly never got along well with girls. In college I joined a sorority in attempts to make more female friends but the relationships didn't last when it all eneded. I've always had a better friendship with guys, but since getting married I haven't maintained that becuase I know my husband wasn't the fondest of it. So…

I woudln't say I have the same issue with my husband becuase my husband would be totally on board and actually want to go to the class. However, I would probably do something similar to what your wife did. My husband and I hardly have time together due to our work schedules (we never even get 1 day off together) so if my…

I check the containers with everything I enter as well. If I can't check a label then I look at how many confirmations an item has and pick one that looks about right to me and has a lot of others saying it is accurate.

I personally HATE bananas but I bought a dehydrator some time ago and it is great to make banana chips. I actually don't add anything to them at all, but my husband says they taste good and my dogs love them too lol. I believe you can use your oven to dehydrate as well but it takes longer.
