Definitely, let yourself have it within your limits. I love chicken nuggets and french fries with buffalo sauce at mcdonalds and i let myself have it every now and then, but I get a kids meal and no soda of course. But it gives me my fix and I'm not to far off the healthy path. Moderation and acceptance are the keys.

Always! I plan down to condiments and everything. I hate not knowing what I'm going to be able to eat. This way I know exactly what I have and how my day is going to unfold. I went from food planning my day and my mood, to me planning my food and my day.

For some reason my weight goes down during that time and then jumps immediately after and then levels off again, So it is super confusing about my progress.

I don't know what fruit only for breakfast is, but I eat an apple and a banana every morning for breakfast and I feel fine for like 3 hours, but that is normally when I start to eat my next meal. I try to eat 5 small meals a day too.

Yep, it makes me so mad at pretty furious, that I no longer weigh myself after the first time, no matter what. I don't care if I peed or not.

When I was fitted for a bridesmaid dress, it had to be taken in a size because I had lost 10 pounds. The lady fitting me said that about 10 pounds is a size difference. I'm not sure if this is comparable to jeans and other stuff though.

I include everything I eat because I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, and not including their values would allow me to eat food that is not good for me instead of stopping while I'm ahead. I was running on the treadmill and wanted to envision something better than the person running in front of me. So I closed my eyes and fell off, and hit the next treadmill and messed up the person on that one.

Well this week has been great. I have really eaten well and lost a pound so far. But I have really been eating the veggies and fruits. and working out with my classes.

I am so excited to see that I have chosen accurate goals for myself. I am 5'2" and really really want to reach 110-115 pounds by this summer. Plus I am hoping that I will gain lots of health benefits. I am attempting to become a personal trainer and still have 20 pounds to lose so that I can be awesome.

Yeah yeah yeah! I want to do it. I figure this a way to start small and build my up to like 200 miles a month or something even crazier.

Personally, I challenged myself to start running one mile three times a week for this whole month. This doesn't include elliptical work. I must actually perform the act of running/ jogging, so that I can build it up and run a 5k this spring.

It was when I looked back at my birthday resolutions and journal and realized that it still is all about me losing weight and finally reaching my goal weight. It was about 5 years worth of me whining and complaining about not fitting into the clothes that I want to wear, but still not doing anything about it.

My weaknesses are definitely fried chicken strips and french fries. I absolutely love french fries and hot wings.
