Thank you for asking this question ... it happens to me too. Just through trial and error I've found that lifting my feet helps. But, thanks to your post I know that it's nothing to worry about :)

Fit/lean/healthy all good ... I can't lie, I like little too. lol!

Wow! You're yolked ... good job! ;-)

When I'm at work I journal everything except my dinner first thing in the morning, since I know what I've brought to eat, and then my dinner either that night (if I have time) or first thing the next day. On my days off I journal as I go ... the Android app has helped with that.

Wait, were they making insensitive fat people jokes or were they just joking about how big the shirt was? From your post it sounds like they were just joking about how big the shirt was ... which I wouldn't have percieved as offensive. One time my BFF and I put on a pair of pants that was so big that we each fit in one leg…

I wipe off the transmitter w an antibacterial wipe and then a damp washcloth (cuz that stuff would irritate my skin) and wash the fabric part in the sink w soap and warm water and air dry them both.

Me too!!!

That's hilarious ... roflmao!!!

Thank you for all of your kind responses. I was really nervous about posting a topic. :)

Felt really proud of you for doing the right thing :) If you don't take care of yourself how are you going to take care of everyone else?

I use mine every time I work out and sometimes even when I do "rigourous" housework, I love it. Careful though, it's addicting ... I want to wear mine "to bed" (if ya know what I mean? wink, wink). I don't know if they're all the same but, mine has a set up to input all of my personal info (DOB, age, activity level, etc)…

If what shoe fits? That doesn't even make sense. You're right, the proof IS in the pudding ... you look pretty bulky to me. I've also heard that heavy lifting can cause elevated testosterone levels in women. Perhaps you have a little of that going on as well.? But I'm sure this is misinformation and I probably shouldn't be…

I find your post quoting a part of my post very rude. If you had included the entire post what I actually started out with is "What works for me ..." So you can keep your snarky accusation that I am "spreading misinformation" to yourself. Someone asked for advice and I gave mine. Take it or leave it.

There's more to it than this ... unfortunately. I can eat 1200 calories of reeses peanut butter cups (less than what I expend) every day and will not lose wieght nor be healthy. I'd also be malnourished, have diabetes and most likely high cholesterol. Like I said, you're going to get a lot of different responses to this…

Ok, you're going to get a lot of different feedback on this one. It all comes down to what works for you. But what I've heard is ... You can't actually burn fat ... you can gain fat cells but you never lose(or burn) them. What you can do is shrink them. What works for me is cardio, cardio, cardio and strength training.…

Are you making your own patties or premade? I have a REALLY GREAT recipe for greek turkey burgers :)

A pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat (1lb) ... However, an inch of muscle is more dense than an inch of fat. So, how are your clothes fitting?

Since we're wishing for stuff ... I'd like to see a cure for AIDS, an end to world hunger and world peace.

WooHoo!!! :-)

Also, drinking other fluids in place of water entirely strains your kidneys and increases your risk of kidney and bladder/urinary tract infections especially drinks that are high in sugar. These sorts of infections will cause frequent and painful urination.

I don't know if it is possible to lose weight this way however, I do know that it is extremely unhealthy. Water cleanses the body internally and the body requires water to function. If you work out you may become light headed and may even have to be hospitalized for IV hydration. Not drinking water puts a major strain on…

I would say that if you're heart rate is elevated for a substantial period of time then you're good to log it. I don't log it but wear my heart rate monitor and keep mental note. lol!
-
I do something similar and I dont adhere to it strictly ... The Perfect 10 ... Have you heard of it?
-
I totally thought so too!!! I even tried to pull it up under cardiovascular ... lol! ... Told my boyfriend that I'm going to start wearing my heart rate monitor ... lmfao!!!
-
That was a very pleasant explanation. Thank you ... :)

Can't we all just get along? :-/

and I agree ... both wierd and rude for her to sit there and watch you drink it. Proving to me that it was sabotage. WHAT A B*****!!!
-
Was this person intentionally trying to sabotage your weightloss efforts and sky rocket your sugar through the roof?! How rude of her! That being said ... I probably would've accepted it politely and tossed it when she wasn't looking ... just to be polite. lol!

Mmmmm ... Irish car bombs! :-)
