I would like to just say you ladies are amazing if you are taking them! I could not get one of those suckers down when I was pregnant. Ended up taking the gummy kids Flintstones instead. Maybe I'm a big baby but I threw those things up every time.

my husband was 125lbs at 5''10' and i was about 135 at 5''4'. I HATED it. He was actually TOO skinny for me almost. Of course when we got married and had our baby boy not only did I gain weight but so did he. His current weight (as of last night) was 172lbs and he's still very skinny compared to the muscular men before him.

I came back from lunch and bam a lot of replies! Thank you everyone! Pan frying/weighing is a GREAT solution (when I'm cooking), my husband burns crap when he pan frys. I have the 30ds. I did it for about a week straight and my husband commented on how I had already lost some weight. I only quit because I'm working WAY too much right now. I barely have time to sleep let alone work out right now. First of the year I'm kick starting back up.

wooo hooo 22 and have about 80+ to lose :) my 2 cents, make small goals!!! it gets overwhelming thinking about 100lbs. my goal is to lose 20 first :) It's not where I want to be weight wise, but it makes it seem easier for me to reach that end goal.

That's a great idea if you don't work for the county and don't have have emergency calls to answer. Not to mention our tours that come in to see our facilities. routine: 5:45 wake up 6 walk out door 645-7pm work 7:45 cook, give son a bath 8:30ish put 2yr old to bed, straighten up house. 9pm pass the heck out. I'm a 911 operator.
