The calories ARE off when I plug them in vs what was displayed on the treadmill. I just change the calories to whatever the treadmill says. Probably why they allow us to change it.

Look for the Great Value brand at Walmart. I think they used to have a white grape, but haven't shopped for it in awhile. Good luck. I didnt know they were discontinuing it.

For not so nutritious cereal, I love Rice Krispies because of the volume you get for little calories (1 1/4 cup for one serving and its 130 cal before milk. Can of pot roast with veggie soup (160 cal), grilled cheese (140 cal) , serving of baked potato chips (110 cal) and a serving of baby carrots (35 cal). Winter arrived tonight (its 20 degrees and snowing) and I wanted comfort food. I am warm, satisfied and ready to go snuggle under a flannel blanket with the kitties!

Campbells Light New England pot toast and vegetable soup (160 cal), grilled cheese (115 cals) and if I need a little more, I'll dig into some marinated asparagus that is 10 calories per 6 spears. That'll leave me almost 400 calories for munchies if I need them.

I can't post....you all seem to have "normal people" binges. Mine would last all day when I let it! The amounts of food I ate were ridiculous! I counted the calories for grins one time...it was off the charts. I did have an unhealthy relationship with food. Working like crazy to change that.
