  • Welcome! Thanks for sharing your story! I use a bodybugg but I know that the Polar heart rate monitors are cheaper and just as effective. Maybe try going to the website and see if any of the HRM's would suit your needs.

  • I am struggling with the same issue this week. Motivation is lacking and appetite is out of control. I really have to research how to get my hormones under control so that I don't wipe out once a month.
