I've seen Mindless Self Indulgence 4 times and I am going for my 5th this year! They put on an AMAZING show. Not because their music is good, their music is self admitted crap they're entertaining as all heck though :D But coming in a close second is RUSKO and Franz Ferdinand both at the Electric Factory in Philly.

Me me me me me!! I LOVEEEE instant oatmeal. I have a Kuerig coffee machine. So easy to throw a pack of oatmeal into a bowl, set my Kuerig it to the smallest cup size for hot water and just stir. So easy, not as many calories as a LOT of things for breakfast :D

I always look ahead of time at the calorie information of the food at a restaurant before I go. I'm sure it's do-able for a lot of chain restaurants. If not just control your portion size. Instead of eating the full meal, eat half and save the rest for tomorrow. Skip a dessert! Just don't eat a dairy queen, trust me. I had…

Agreed. I never eat pizza by myself unless it is the mini Tostinos ones! Pizza is best eaten shared!! Just eat 1 or 2 slices to keep in your goals.

I used to do a lot of yoga!! It is really easy to get into! I only learned it through reading and youtube. It's great for balance, aligning your digestive tract, calms you down, stretches you out, etc.

WiiFit PLUS is really good in my opinion. It has fun games, doubles as a scale, marks your weight on a calendar. Honestly it's the only scale I use. I'm 5'0" and used to be like 145 lbs, yikes! I aimed to be 130. Once I got to 130 I wanted to see if I could get to 125. Once I hit 125 I have striven for a "normal" BMI. I hit my normal BMI and now weigh like 118. I set my new goal as the center of normal BMI for my height now which is 112!

Thankful for the loss of weird back fat, blech! Thankful that my thighs don't rub against each other when I walk anymore lol. Thankful for reaching a LOT of my goals. Thankful for MFP obviously and all my new buddies. Andddd thankful that I have an exercise bike at home and don't have to pay for a gym membership :D

I use Jergens Natural Glow in the summer time because I'm pale and work a desk job; aka never see the light of day. It's the cheapest I've found and works really well without making you orange. It doesn't smell too bad either :D

Take small portions, eat slowly with lots of water inbetween. Fills you up faster!
