I weighed in today so im starting over! I really needed to know how much i hve lost since i started. I'm going to "not weight" for the next 3 weeks. My next weigh in will be Wed, 28 nov. (changed from monday weigh in to wed)

Another Day and i said No! to the scale. Lost track of how many days now but i think I really need to know how much I've lost from the time i started this program. I haven't weighed for a while now so I'm going to find out tomorrow how much weight i've lost then i'll start off again.:wink:

Day Five and I'm still going strong. Hid the scale last night cause it was really calling my name. I know I've done well this week in watching my calories and exercising cause my body feels healthier. II'm itching to know how much i weigh. :drinker:

Me too Najah5150. I usually weight in on Mondays and I also had a BAD WEEKEND but I'm going to give this a try for the next couple of weeks. I didn't weight in today! :smile:

I was browsing when i came across this site with a virtual model that gives an idea of what you look like and what you will look like after u meet your goal. Hey Silver. You're not alone. I too have tried countless times to get the weight off. I am 35lbs over my goal weight of 140 lbs. I have never been able to keep up with diet for more than a week. But i have been here a week and a day and i have already lost one pound which is at least a start for me and more motivation.…
