Well I brought a South Beach Living Southwestern Lunch Wrap thing to work.. but.. my belly didn't like me all that much this morning.. so I am going to have my sliced cucumbers & tomatoes that I brought in.. with a side of chive cottage cheese. Oh yeah and a can of diet pepsi :tongue:

I thought I had a fairly low-cal dinner going for me.. homemade chicken quesidilla's.. but the damn cheese put me over.. man, what an eye opener every day.. here's to a better day tomorrow!! :grumble:

So I have a package of Bay Scallops I wanted to cook up tonight, was thinking of sauteeing them with some olive oil, spices, broccoli and then having with either rice or something else.. any ideas of low cal stuff.. or recipe??????
