W3D3L3 33 42 30 30 50(at least 45) I don't know if it's because I had just gotten back from my run (where I pushed super hard) or because I pigged out at the Super Bowl Party....but this set was soooo much harder than 2 days ago! But I did it!

Raining and miserable outside right now. I was gonna do my run tonight. Not sure what's gonna happen now. I could always get on the bike.....again. Take care of that baby. Mine were passing a cold around for a while. I think we're finally done tho.

I logged my bad day, and it turned out not to be as bad as i thought. i still ate junk and didnt work out at all. I'm hoping to shock my system into letting go of some poundage. I sure am peeing a lot today, but i dont think that weighs much....lol

I sat on my couch and watched football players run...does that count? Actually, I'm sticking with jogging right now....doing the Couch to 5K. The full on run really hurts my bad leg and back. Maybe a few more pounds from now...

I've increased my workout intensity and I'm paying attention to every detail of the food log. I even gave myself a rest day because people said that would jump start everything. I let myself splurge yesterday. But Saturday I really kicked my own butt working out so I don't feel as guilty as I normally would have. I also didn't get up to do my workout this morning, so I have to do it tonight. Really sucks sitting behind a desk all day!

I took it easy for the super bowl. Didn't go way overboard with calories, but I didn't do much moving around, so I gotta step it up today. I'm sure there's a LOT of people in my boat right now!
