my husband loves the steel cut oatmeal in the crock! in the winter we will make a whole crock of it and eat ti for breakfast for a week! and you can add whatever you like:) we do often make it plain-ish then add whatever we like the day we eat it (cinnamon, raisins, apple, yogurt, pumpkin pie filling if we're being naughty…

every single day. and i wouldn't have it any other way. i just make sure not to freak out with minor fluctuations! lol, sometimes i will literally have a difference of 5+ lbs!

I met my husband 6 years ago on a dating site! I was a little sketched about it, too, and did not admit to a lot of people how we met. I feel most of the stigma has vanished, as it is a very common way for people to connect these days! I am sorry you had some creepers, but what are the chances you'd go on 4 dates with…

yea- i hate it. my mother-in-law loves it, though~ i'd rather have 150 cal of light ice cream or a weight watchers ice cream treat or skinny cow ice cream treat than the whole pint. when we found out about arctic zero i literally got money from everyone at work and went to a very distant natural foods shop on my lunch.…

Also, I made spaghetti sauce in the crock the other day and just added sausage for my husband in the beginning! You can easily use jarred/canned sauce and add yr meat (meatballs, sausage, chicken, etc) in the am and when you come home make some spaghetti and yr done:) If I use store bought sauce I usually cut up a ton of…

everyday! i will literally balloon up 6 or 7 lbs for whatever reason some days---but it keeps me on my toes. and i know better than to freak out too much about it. i only track my weight, however, once-ish a month if there is a difference:)

I just had the same situation! After my entire life (literally) of being obese- I am merely "overweight." And, btw, sir! This is NO SMALL VICTORY! This is a big deal, my friend! Congrats to us!! <3<3<3<3<3

i absolutely log days like that, girl! anything more than my average activity gets logged bc i do burn more calories than that which was calculated when i started. i don't usually put the full amount of time, or the proper speed, but a lower speed and a smaller amount of time to make up for stopping and waiting in line:)…

I become enraged at people who feel like they can say what I can or cannot log! Sheesh! For some people that 10 minutes is that start of eventually 30 or 40 minutes and we all need to start somewhere! Even if it never is more than that it is better than nothing and everyone has the right to use this site as they see fit.…

i had a cousin who weighed close to 500 lbs and her 1st week dieting she lost 36 lbs! i mean, granted, much of that was definitely water weight, but also, when you eat 10,000 cal/day only eating 1500 is a big deal and will allow for some dynamic weight loss for quite some time! She is down to about 300 lbs now and is…

my girl just got michael kors jeans for 5 bucks at the salvation army yesterday! i love thrift shops and salvations is typically cheaper than goodwill! but goodwill does have a lot of tags still on them clothes, however i notice that i see a lot of stuff there priced more expensively than when i saw it discounted at target…
