I wish I could free up enough time in my current job to sneak away for a mid day session. Working out during the day breaks up a long day and can keep you feeling both productive and more satisfied with your work. In addition a good workout gives you more resilience to stress-associated problems at the office.

Yep, I try to add stuff to see how it will work on my overall numbers, then decide to eat it or not.

Has anyone tried these? They are my favorite right now, I am going to try cutting them up, baking and then eating with salsa instead of corn chips
