I have Wii Fit but I don't use it much. I do like the Just Dance for Wii...that gets the heart pumping and is fun....but, I do that more for fun too. Rather, get yourself a Jillian DVD..they are under $10 in most places (30 Day Shred and Ripped In 30) are two favorites. They are only 20-25 minutes long and have various…

My 10 year old son (who is the Cliff Claven of our family) told me this "little known fact" that he read in a useless trivia book: The average size chocolate bar could have as many as 150 different bugs in it. Why? You cannot wash cocoa beans - or they lose their integrity. So, whatever is on the cocoa beans when they were…

I went from a size 12 to a size 4.. 45 pounds down. Bra size went down from a 36D to a full 34 B

wasa crips (any flavor) and laughing cow cream cheese triangles (I love the sourdough crisps with chipotle cream cheese). Also celery with laughing cow cream cheese is good too. Honeycrisp apples, fat free popcorn, Chobani Greek yougurt - so good!

I would assume you will lose weight but you won't gain any muscle mass because you aren't eating any lean proteins. Also, if you don't have enough fiber in your diet you could become constipated. I wouldn't make this a habit. Just my opinion.

Got Ripped in 30 in the mail today so decided to try that instead of 30 Day Shred. Very similar, but she divides the strength up into 3 moves rather than 2 moves. Also there are four levels, not 3. Supposed to do one level per week. So far so good. Level one complete, but I will start over when Faery starts the Ripped in…

Does he like Buffalo Chicken wings..I have a fantastic recipe for that which is low fat.

I am ready to start Ripped in 30 any time. Ordered it via Amazon last week so it should get here any time. I need to go get some 2 pound weights because I only have 5 and 8 pounders - I read you need some light weights for Ripped in 30. I am only about 2/3 of the way through the 30 Day Shred but listening to Jillian's…

I have a very nummy recipe that I got on this site and my kids and husband love it. It is low fat Chicken Nuggets with marinara over whole wheat noodles. For the Chicken Nuggets: Take one pack of bonelss/skinless cx breast and cut into bite sized nuggets. In a small bowl, put 1 Tbsp Olive Oil In a separate bowl mix 4-5…

I love a toasted Fiber One English Muffin with 1 generous Tbsp of Smart Balance Peanut butter. Filling and delicious with a cup of coffee. About 200 calories and packed with fiber and protein.

Completed Level 2 - Day 15 today...looking forward to starting Ripped in 30

Made this last night and had it for lunch today. VERY VERY GOOD. My husband and my mother/father in law loved it. My kids were not fond of the refried beans!!! Too bad! I will definitely make this again - it made great leftovers that were quick to pop in the microwave. Nummy! How many servings would you say. I said 6.

I made the chicken and vegetable with couscous last night for dinner. I chose frozen broccolli as my vegetable. It was pretty good. Definitely a nice healthy choice and quick to make...but, not over the top with flavor. The kids always like to give what I make a grade - this got a B. But, we will add it to our recipe book…
