I just started the couch to 5k program. I have a 3 year old and 3 month old. I try to go as soon as I get home and the hubby takes over. It's only 30min. So by the time I get home at 5:20 and get changed. I'm on the street for 5:30 and done by 6:00.

I just started yesterday as well. I couldn't get threw the whole jogging time but I tried. Since you only start with 3 days week. I might redo W1D1 again today.

Add me... I'm 28 years old with 2 kids. One is 3 and the other is 3 months. So i'm still trying to lose 30 pounds of baby weight. I'm hoping I can get some friends that will help and encourage me to keep going.
