It's really hard and I haven't cracked yet. All I know is that things are improving with time. If you slip up on one day log it all of it - then draw a line under it and start afresh the next day. Just three things Log everything - even when you go way over. It's only a blip and if you keep logging it means you haven't given up. Get some friends on mfp (if you're stuck add me :happy: ) Try every different type of exercise you have the chance too.

I know it's not easy I'm on 1200 cals a day too, personally I log all my exercise and if I'm hungry or want a treat (like the take away last night) I eat them. There is no way I could stick to it if I didn't also have those extra calories. Planning in treats is also key to me, I find you can cut back on a few other meals…

Homemade quiche (of any description) I only make it if I've got guests I know will eat it all.

Has all the others have said, it will go in time. Most of my weight is on my stomach, and it does feel very out of proportion (makes buying trousers a nightmare). I know from the past that if I get down to a sensible weight it does go :smile: so keep up with it you'll get there

You'll probably be amazed at the different shapes and sizes you get in the gym. Like the other posts have suggested everybody is too busy doing their own thing too be noticing any one else.
