Wow! Seriously fantastic transformation! Very similar weight stats: my high was 188, my low 138, but there is one big difference between you and I. You are 5 inches taller than I am! No wonder my body doesn't look anything like yours!! Congratulations! You look awesome!

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Weightlifting (avg 75 minutes) and Cardio - Gazelle glider (minimum 1 hour) Monday & Wednesday Evening: Treadmill (45 minutes) Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: Gazelle Glider (usually 1.5 - 2.0 hours) I tried making Sunday a "rest day", but I rarely succeed.

Yesterday's lunch. Yummy pizza on a whole pocket thin with 2 svgs of cheese, pepperoni, green peppers, onions and jalapenos. Only 468 calories.
