Zumba = cardio, its FUN cardio but still in the end its cardio. 30DS= toning and inch dropping.

I did this a few weeks ago, I just spooned it out of the container onto the cookie sheet. They froze wonderfully. But they had a little yogurt twang taste. I was a little disappointed. But I want to try it again with a diferent flavor. I used lime greek yogurt.

A friend of mine had watermelon size patches on her back, her grandma gave her this stuff aquaphilic ointment to use and she has used it diligently every night for about 3 months now and its down to about the size of your fist or less. She has tried EVERYTHING. Diet elimination, soaps, Rx creams, etc etc.

I weigh every day and I keep a log off MFP. I can put it in a graph and its really told me a lot of about how I lose weight. I only log it on MFP if its over a certain amount that now I see thats a real loss for me.

Wellllll, I personally only count water. I drank tea, diet coke (of whichI still drink some) and other things and it contributed to me being overweight. Ive also noticed if I dont drink 8+ cups of WATER, in addition to whatever else Im drinking, I dont lose weight, I dont feel hydrated and its certainly not helping my…

Are you taking measurements?? ! I went weeks with being stuck around 9 lbs but in that time I lost about 8 inches total.

I WASNT a huge yogurt fan, there were some I could tolerate, but finding Dannon Okios was great ! I like the vanilla but my fav are fruit on the bottom, black cherry etc. YUM. tastes like cheesecake :) Some people like hte Chobani brand, I didnt for whatever reason, but really like the Dannon.

Make sure you are eating a lot of protein. Take Biotin (at least 3000 mg a day). Its really cheap and will help your hair grow fast AND your nails. Get a good shampoo/conditioner. Ive been wanting to try the coconut oil treatment, just havent gotten around to it yet.

No refridgeration? Hmm its always in the dairy case in the grocery store...and I keep it in the fridge. Who knew? I love it and there are certainly a lot worse things I could be eating ! But is it the same as biting in to a big hunk of sharp cheese? Um no. But thats ok, because doing those things is what got me here LOL

Happened to me years ago, someone put something in my drink. I knew who it was. Two laters I called him and told him off. Ofcourse he denied it. But it sounds VERY familiar. I would concur, yep, spiked drink.

Its awesome ! I use it as a spread instead of mayo/mustard whatever. I also use it to dip crackers (the special K crackers really good!) or carrots.

I have 30DS and ripped in 30 (which I havent tried yet). I also have her kickboxing DVD and wow I love it and its a bigger burn for me and a GREAT stress reliever !

If you are losing weight doing whatever youre doing, then its a fun gadget. However if you need to see what you are burning to up your fitness or get a better gauge of what youve burned so you know what to eat back, then an HRM is helpful. That being said, I just got a Polar FT4 this week and I love it !
