Thank you for taking the time to explain that in a way I can get my head around! Especially for the last part. I didn't realise how much the breastfeeding would be affecting me.... Hm.. think I'm going to take the plunge and up my cals to compensate... Seems mad but I'm willing to give it a shot! Thanks!

Oh and I probably should have mentioned this before but I never count it so it didn't cross my mind... I'm also still fully breastfeeding my 1 yr old... I couldn't work out where to add/minus the cals for this so never bothered and have stuck at 1200... Just added this as I was wondering if I'm therefore actually eating…

Perfect just what I need! Thanks so much for all our help and motivation! :flowerforyou:

Thanks for your replies. I guess where I was going wrong was not figuring in the activity level... I've just updated my Fitness and Nutrition goals and it says that I should stick at 1,200. And that I can eat my exercise calories as long as I'm still within my daily total? Does that not seem a bit silly to eat them all…

You look fab, such a huge change! Well done and thanks for sharing your pics

Thanks, that sounds about right... 200 cals for 20mins isn't too bad I guess!

Oh great, lots of other people doing it at the same time! :) Just did my first workout today - didn't find it horrifying, but definitely felt it as the main exercise I usually get is walking lots!

Had the same NSV with my last weigh-in... such nice feeling. Congrats :)

Hi, In the same boat (losing baby weight) and am also in the UK. Feel free to add me :)

Wow this game is everywhere lol... I've been playing (and losing!) since my Uni days about 8 years ago!

That actually sounds really yummy... I have the same trouble finding genuinely tasty low cal treats, definitely up for trying this one! Thanks for sharing!

Hi, I'm 26 and have noticed the same effect, mainly on my legs but also my upper arms. I started at 180lb and have lost 17lb (also about half way through my goal). I'm using a good moisturiser with Vitamin E that is supposed to be great for improving skin elasticity (I'm also hoping to lessen my stretchmarks from my recent…

Just take it easy and don't do too much, otherwise you'll take longer to feel better! Hope you're feeling better soon :)

I swear by Vitamin C... binge on Oranges or pure Orange Juice, bell peppers, kiwis, brocolli, stawberries... or just take the Vit C dissolvable tablets :)

Your post reminded me of Yoda's motto "Do or do not - there is no try!" Do it for yourself and you will get there :)

Hi, Whenever I need to up my calories a bit, I'll have a healthy chewy bar for about 80/100cals, or maybe a banana if I'm lacking energy (about 100 cals)... I think as long as it's healthy calories you won't be jeopardising your hard work. I think nuts are also fairly high cal but super healthy. Feel free to add me as a…

Well done for posting pics! I took my first pics yesterday and I think they're a great motivation. Feel free to add me as a friend if you want :) You can do this - it's all a matter of perception! :)

Hi and nice to meet you! I only joined last week but so far have found this site really friendly and very useful for keeping track of food and exercise. Like you I haven't read the packets in ages, but it's only taken a few days to get my head around most of it, and I'm feeling better and healthier already. Feel free to…

I agree with most of the replies so far - 7 days is fine, but mix it up so each muscle group has some time to recover. Good luck! :)
