THIS! I also find that I'm more motivated by weighing daily as I can see a slight change and that spurs me on, or I don't see a change and I'm then more determined to be good lol

Fab piccies hun - such a fab difference! You're tummy looks so much better now in particular :) Well done!
-
100lbs?!! Wow, that's an amazing loss! Well done and good luck for the rest of your journey!
-
You look fab hun, well done!! You have nearly identical stats to me so it's nice to see how great you look...
-
Hi, Just had a quick look through your last week and I think you're right with the "I need to up my cals" idea. You're netting way below 1200 which MFP suggests as an absolute minimum to eat each day. Plus you're estimating your exercise around 500 per day - well I imagine you'll be burning that in just one hour if you're…

*BUMP* I don't use them myself hun, but when I tried a friend's one, I too kept tripping up lol... Perhaps someone else may have a better idea?
-
Wow, well done, you look so different!

Looking great hun, well done!

Wow, the change is huge!! So much happier in the second pic too :) Congrats!

I'm on Week 2 and loving it, so I'm in too! Edit: If anyone would like to download free mp3 tracks which help guide you through each run, check out this link on the NHS website, they're pretty useful! http://www.nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/couch-5K-running-plan.aspx

I'm just starting Week 2 and am really enjoying it. I'm using the free mp3 files from the NHS website - here's the link you can follow to each of the weeks... http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/couch-to-5k-plan.aspx Just got back from my first ever run in the rain... never thought I'd be saying this, but I loved it!…

Congrats hun, can't wait to feel that myself! I have just completed Week 1 and am due to start Week 2 today...
-
WOW. Just WOW! Thank you for sharing your story - just what I needed this morning. Congratulations on all your hard work :flowerforyou:
-
Wow what a change! You look a lot younger too if you don't mind me saying lol
-
Yep, I log it all  I personally find the more accurate I am logging, the better my weightloss.
-
Definitely possible! I just checked what I lost in the first 6 weeks - 18lbs! I think as other people have said, the first half stone or so can come off pretty easy with normal improvements to diet and upping your exercise. Would you rather regret not trying for the next 6 weeks, or would you rather be proud you acheived…

Wow, you look amazing and have done so well! Massive congratulations :flowerforyou:

I always look for jeans that have the extra V shaped bit of material at the back of the jeans above the bum as shown in the pic in this link... Gok Wan (my hero lol) says that this style is designed for the curvier bum and smaller hips/waist so it all fits snugly. http://s10.thisnext.com/media/largest_dimension/21E18D4F.jpg

Look at it this way - everyone (in my opinion) deserves to be with someone who genuinely wants to be with them, so in a way, you're actually stopping him from finding his "the one" and being totally happy. I was in a similar boat with my first bf, was with him for 4.5yrs (the last 2yrs or so because I "couldn't" dump him)…

You've done so well hunny, massive congratulations on reaching Goal :flowerforyou: xx
-
You're looking fab hunny, you've done so well. I'd only be repeating every other post on here by adding that you look great as you are so shift from losing to maintenance and have fun playing around with toning up. Well done xx
-
You need to be looking at your Net Cals total at the top of your home page and decide whether you need to be eating them or not - if you're under your daily goal, then eat away lol. MFP takes into account the fact you want to lose weight so has already made adjustments to your calorie goal to account for this. However,…

You look fab hun, you can really see the difference in the side picture ! :flowerforyou: well done! and feel free to friend me if you wish, I'm on here daily x
-
You can definitely see a massive change hunny - as a previous poster said, you can really see it in your face and arms... you look fab, and try to not get peed over the clothes sizing... I felt it was ages before I could fit into a 12 comfortably - took about 20odd lbs for me to drop a size :) well done, you're doing fab!…
-
You're looking great hun, a lot smoother if you get what I mean! You can see that the line running down your sides is curvy rather than stop-start where the tops of your hips stuck out. We also have very similar stats (though I'm only 5ft3). Feel free to add me if you want

Wow, that must have taken some real courage to not just get through it all, but to be dealing with it so openly now. As a mummy to two little ones I can only imagine what you and your partner must have been through. I don't know what your belief system is but I would like to imagine that little man is looking down and…

I know it's upsetting, but look at it this way... have you been weighing yourself consistently on your own scales at home since tracking your loss? If so, then you have still lost your 18lbs, you've just had a slight adjustment made to your starting point. Don't worry, another few months will soon get rid of that. Imagine…

Lol, Same here with regards to when you give in, it's like your motivation spectacularly gives up! I recall reading a guy's post on here somewhere about his amazing weightloss, with one of his discoveries being that he found each time he gave into the cravings, it put his resistance levels to sweeties back to zero, and had…

Wow, doesn't sound like it'd work but I guess the proof is in the MugCake lol

Perfect group! I'm in! See you there!
