You're all very welcome, it's definitely forming a basis of my weekly shopping list from now on!

Hunny, I've watched you week after week consistently put in 200% every single day. You have done (and ARE doing) so amazing, but you really must try to enjoy what you have worked so hard for, and not obsess. You look fabulous and you've got a wonderful little family with many great things on the horizon. Don't let these…

Have to agree we all deserve a pat on the back lol  Thanks again everyone!
-
Can't say I've seen it myself but I'm sure you could get a low-cal version "somewhere" here!?
-
Thanks for all your replies ladies, nice to see some other women in the same boat! I'm guessing I'm probably on track then with the 200, nice to have it confirmed! Feel free to add me if anyone wants to :flowerforyou:

Mm these sound yummy!

I've watched a few of these and found them pretty good too! In fact I have recorded most and bung one on whenever I get on my exercise bike - watching something inspiring like a 10stone loss in a year will definitely keep me pedalling!

This! ^^ Congrats, you look awesome!

I can only echo what everyone else has said... You look fab in your goal weight picture. And tell the family, sternly, that at the end of that day once you are lower than a healthy BMI they can start to worry, and until then, can they take their negativity elsewhere. x

I'm not married yet but have been with my OH for coming up 6 years, and finances have been joined since Day 1. What's his is mine and vice versa. I wouldn't expect anything less.

I agree with most others on here - everything in moderation. This is supposed to be a longterm change of lifestyle that we can maintain, rather than something restrictive. Especially considering the healthy nutrients and vitamins from fruit. And wow, I've never heard of mixing fruit and protein... totally new to me! So…

Start it now as it's a brilliant cardio work out. Then keep doing it until you get to goal lol... Obviously the less overall fat you have the more defined the muscles will appear, but it's a good way to shed the fat in the first place.

Hi. You can choose to add your allowance daily by going to Add Food and then type in Breastfeeding and choosing a suitable option. This will add a certain calorie allowance to your calorie totals so you can eat more to compensate for milk production. Or, if you would find it easier, you can work out how many cals you would…

Same here, but my fiance finds it hilarious to make the guttural throaty sound imitating the Grudge and it makes me completely flip out at him. :explode:

People will argue that leaving a deficit will help speed up weightloss - it may well do in the short term but it is not a healthy way to lose as you're more than likely losing muscle rather than extra fat. Bottom line is: MFP gives you a goal according to what "goal weightloss" you are aiming for - so if you said you want…

Well done, I've just got into 12s too to my surprise lol :flowerforyou:

LMFAO, literally crying with laughter lol
-
Yup, you've done the same as me lol! I exercised, burning at least 300-500 a day, often a fair bit more, always tried to come in just under my 1200 allowance and slowly my losses dropped until I completely stalled. I looked back through my Food Diary and realised most days I was only netting 400ish! I decided to start…

Another "exercise calorie eater" here! I didn't to start off with, my losses slowed until a complete stop for a month... Started eating 90-100% of them back (maybe only 80% if I've done a MEGA workout) and have been losing solidly ever since. Will send you a request in case you don't have enough already lol

Post pregnancy weight 190lbs ish! SW 183lbs (on MFP) CW 158lbs GW 135-140ish lbs (will probably then just concentrate on toning rather than dropping more weight) I'd like to be a nice 10 - 12 (UK) size, anything smaller and I lose any assets I have
-
I'd also go with the lower number. Obviously it depends on your personal stats but I know for me I burn (very roughly) 100 cals in 10mins when I'm exercising hard enough to work up a bit of a sweat (that's from my HRM). As for eating the exercise cals - I didn't to start with and lost steadily, hit a plateau for about a…

I'm a sucker for flowers. Personally I would love being bought some (though if you're out somewhere you may need to source some water for them somehow?) :flowerforyou: I mean what's she gonna do, moan you got her flowers? How ungrateful lol

Very interesting post! I had never realised the connection with Seretonin and Carbs before but that's something I shall be keeping an eye out for when I'm having a rubbishy day. Do you think it's something that takes a while to have an effect? (You said looking back through your diary, I was wondering how far.) I also echo…

This! Am in love with Pinterest!

:flowerforyou: Definitely see a big difference between the first two (maybe easier to see as they're the same pose!) Fab work so far hun, keep it up!
-
Wow what a change! Congratulations!
-
Lmao!
-
Wow you're unrecognisable! congrats

Yep, it was always routine after a BBQ when we were little. Mmm, marshmallows lol

Wow you look totally different in the two pics with your girlfriend, well done! You should be very pleased with yourself!
