Not a good week at all. 150.6 todays weight. TOM was a real..... well you know. routine off very little almost no exercise. 5 days of County fair doesn't help much . but plenty of walking/running around taking care of livestock and checking on children. should be a better weekend then week. Back to schedule on monday.

I had 1/2 fat free cottage cheese and a banana. Add some almond slivers. not as bad as it might sound.

One reason why I am training for the 5K's. Number one it is a challenge to see if I can do it. and Number 2, I can burn more calories running in the same amount of time I would spend walking. Week 3 challenges are great. I am continuing my 5K training. went camping this weekend. Saturday was a "cheat" day. Sunday got up and did my 35 minute run. I don't like that i had that Cheat day but i suppose its better to do it one day then both days of the weekend.

pretty good week 148.2 this morning. lost a pound. going to keep active 50 minutes. water. veggies/fruit. that should work. i am camping this weekend so i am going to have to be cautious. in-laws are going to be there and we are taking turns with meals. i can control my meal but not what everyone else cooks. nice camp…

I work out in the morning. I get up around 5 am before anyone else in the house is up. I have 4 kids 17-11 oh and a husband. I am fortunate that my work has a gym in it and i only live 4 miles away. so i come to the gym do my hour then go home by 630 get the kids going, if it is school time, then i get ready to be to work…

What a good morning. I ran the 5K!! finish time unoffical 36 minutes. I can't believe I did it. I do believe i will do another it was fun try to reduce my time. I am going to keep up the running. hit strenght training this week as well.

friday scale results 149.2. didn't lose but I had a binge day and had to work my way down from 152. now i just have to resist the urge to go crazy this weekend. one thing i have going for me to remain motivated is I am doing a 5K on the forth. am going to try and run it but i fear i will end up walking it. which is better…

Started a new medicine on monday. has my system all messed up. very very sleepy. managed to get up and work out tuesday and this morning. planning on a work out tomorrow as well. i have a 28oz bottle that i fill several times a day. water today 60 oz. thinkikng about what to have for dinner. but daughter has softball game…
