I read an a report on childrens eating years ago that said that most young children are not over weight because they don't eat when they are not hungry and stop when they are full. Don't know if it was accurate but it does make you stop and think. So if you are not hungry I agree don't eat.

This has happened to me a few times also. Usually when I am highly stressed. I have also heard flaxseed was good for thinning hair.

I am going on vacation as well. I have already looked online at the places we usually eat to find the healthier options. Also I filled snack size bags with snacks like pretzels, almonds and taking cucumbers. Good luck.

I also upped my protein and lowered my carbs. My doctor wants me eating low carb. You can change the settings.

We do Zumba during our lunch at work once a week and its a blast. You will have fun. Its a workout for sure!!!

I also have done weight watcher on and off for years. For me seeing the calories I have eaten has a bigger impact on me than just counting points. I have been doing MFP for almost a month and have stuck with it where with WW I just wasted my money. Good luck!!
