I have a 3 day weekend too and I always try to work out on those days. I actually like having the extra time to really work out hard. I believe it is possible! I have been lazy too. I've noticed rolls and fat that I had never seen before. Seeing pics of myself now versus the "skinny" me gave me a wake up call! Don't give up and keep trying :wink:

Hi! I actually have the same goals! :) I was 207 and have so far lost 13 pounds so I'm 193-ish. I would love to be down to 145 or 140. I'm 5'2" so the extra weight doesn't look good on me. I think this site is awesome and I wish you luck on your weight loss journey :smile:

You can do it! It is a tough road ahead but once you get started it becomes easier and easier :)

I work full time and go to school and it is hard to fit in a work out. I just do it whenever I can. If I have time to sit around I work out during those times. If I have time during the weekend, I get outside and bike or walk. I'm not a morning person so I usually work out in the evenings.

I love spinach! I like to have it in a salad with candied pecans, apples and balsamic :) We also have an awesome farmer's market here in Anchorage! And while I'm on the subject I never thought to use spinach in a smoothie! I have however, made an avocado smoothie with banana, yogurt, juice and honey. :wink:

Actually muscle does weigh more than fat. :smile: Are you eating enough proteins? Are you cutting down on the white foods like certain breads, rice, potatoes and sugars? Do you get enough sleep and have your snacks planned out? (Sorry I'm writing a book....) I noticed when I ate less white foods and more fruits and veggies…

I am so there! My goal was Halloween anyway lol. :smile: it's my favorite "Howl-iday" hahaha. So far on my recent meal plan I've lost about 5lbs. So yeah, count me in! :bigsmile:

I would just have ONE. I did that yesterday and felt about myself. I was even offered Taco Bell and didn't want it! Try something healthy like dates or an apple, sometimes you need a little sugar :smile:

Continue my P90X and exercise more often. That is where I can sometimes get lazy....:embarassed: So yeah, more exercise! :smile:

Don't beat yourself up. I was a size 8 and ended up at a size 16, double my size. I'm trying to get back down and it is sooooo hard! You're not alone, just try, try again :flowerforyou:
