Your fine honey.. I'm 'hippy' as well.. 38 ish inch hips :) Ironically, Ive got a decently low BF percentage.. so, that is just how my build is.

132lbs (recently pregnant so thing have changed a bit) 5'6'', 25 inch waist, 38.5/39 inch hips, 31 inch bust, 18/19 inches for thighs.

THAT is hilarious! I laugh WITH you on this by the way.. :D

I had on a LIGHT gray pair of yoga pants and had done 30+ minutes on the recumbent bike before going to a group workout class .. WELL, the lady behind me pointed out that my entire butt/crotch was soaked.. so, it looked like I peed my pants! I should note the 'wet' look was just all the sweat running off my back…

^^^ THIS! My mother-in-law is 100lbs and 5'2" and Im heavier/thicker to her... to heavier people Im too thin.. *sigh*.. all about perspective. (I'm 5'6'') People don't seem to take height, bone structure and muscle percentages into account. Im a solid 132lbs. My MIL tried to get and when I told her she said "I would have…

Ha! I like my bigger rounded butt! It's mostly muscle.. from squats and lunges. Curves honey, they are not evil, they are sexy!

That is quite low particularly when you are looking to lose only 20lbs. 2lbs a week is better for those who have 60+ lbs to lose. I would readjust your settings to account for 1lb a week (or a 1/2 lbs). You have to ''fuel the fire''. It would negate alot of your hard work and makes muscles gain near impossible in a deficit.
-
"Stayed below my calories on all but one day and went to get on scales today and have gained!! " I think the above is where the issue may be. You have to ''fuel the fire''. If you aren't eating ALL the necessary calories/nutrients to fuel what your body is doing, it won't burn/build (accordingly) like you are working it to…

Compromise. Both people should leave both the seat and lid down when they are done :)

Yup, if 'making a mess' is the man's worst issue.. you/ OP are very blessed and have great guys! :P Mine is a mess leaver too.. its just a running joke now ;)

It's a nick name for a men's sleeveless undershirt... although, not the nicest of nicknames.
-
Yeah, it's small potatoes in the long run. Certainly one of those 'pick your battle' scenarios. Just two different people with two different perspectives.. I wouldn't sweat it. It wouldn't hurt to mention it to him but I wouldn't make WW III out of it :)

Some of the same things others have suggested.. - Shapewear - drink lots of water - A belt to wear over your natural waist line for a slimming affect

Signed!! That SOB...

You need complex carbohydrates. In addition, if you pair the complex carbohydrate with a protein or fat, it will slow the absorption of the carbohydrates into the blood stream and help you to feel fuller, longer. As well as that whole grains have decent nutrition values, white-overly processed breads, minimal at best…

I would talk to your doctor and a physical therapist. I know when I was at my heaviest, crunches were difficult because my fluff that covered my abs made it really difficult for me to 'fully' crunch (hopefully that description made sense). Once you lose some of the additional weight, you may find it a bit easier to do the…

At least you know you didn't truly 'gain' 4 lbs. It is simply water retention. Drink extra water and all will be fine.

Oh congrats!! I am 8 weeks pregnant and have put on 3lbs so far. Being sick/tired all the time makes exercise hard.. My OB said to keep all workouts to lifting lighter weights than my 'norm' and to keep my heart rate under 140. I'd love a group through this experience!
-
Denny's! He is the smartest person I have ever had the privilege of meeting and one of the kindest hearts too! Doesn't hurt he's sexy! Ha! We just got married in October and have been together, what will have been five years this summer.

I'm hypoglycemic and this happens to me. The best thing I have found to help it is to regularly eat every 2-3 hours (complex carbs, proteins, etc) to keep my blood sugar above 60 and that usually helps. Its not something I can just have orange juice before a workout to prevent.. have to keep it up all the time.
-
Ha! I do the SAME thing! Expect.. more like 78 - 80.. :D I like it warm :)
-
I'll second this for myself.
-
I live in the South and more times than I can count.. men try to hold open the door for me but when I try to do the same for them, they look at me like I'm crazy. You may be one of the people who would open the door, regardless of gender. THAT is how it should be.
-
YES!! Very much agreed! Courtesy, regardless of gender.
-
The implication I am incapable of doing things 'under my own power'... ie. open the door for myself, carry something up the stairs, change the tire on my car.. I am a fully functional and capable human-being; being female did not derail that. Consideration should go both ways not "just because you are a woman". That is…
-
Wow! You should be SO proud! You look rockin'! I hope I look that good postpartum! :drinker: (I'm 6 weeks pregnant)
-
Very well put! Couldn't agree more.

Real! Nothing compares to the 'real' nutrition and healthy factor in non 'jacked with' food. :) Keep it real and simple.
