I used to use Sketchers Tone-Ups. They worked great! I have heard toning shoes are the best. I am currently using the Zigs, as well and do not like them for it near as much.

I started it today. Day 1 down, 29 more to go! Every muscle in my body (moreso my legs) are shaking from the work. It will be kicking my butt but I have heard so many good things on MFP about it!

Oh dear God...That has to be one of the most adorable dogs EVER! We have an 10 year old presumably BichPoo (Bichon Poodle.) She is a shelter dog we "fostered" 2 years ago and a week in my fiance and I fell in love... As an older girl she does not run with me, but she is a wonderful and sweet dog!

Try slowing it down! When I started, I was walking at 3.0 mph and running at 4. Yes, it's slower than I wanted to do but you have to start slowly and work your way up.

I was 2 lbs away from from halfway on Friday! I am hoping to reach 25 down by this following Friday. (Granted this is to my tentative goal of losing 50. I may get to 155 and decide I can lose more and would like to.)
