I will never eat there. We have one locally and I was going to go there for my birthday on Friday. What do they do to a steak that makes it have 93 grams of carbs?????? That is what I count. Steak should be 0 carbs...................they must marinate it in pure sugar water or something.

I would not drink much of that stuff if it has Senna in it.............. It can make your bowels, colon and intestines dependent upon it, just like you can get addicted to laxatives. I have been telling people here the same thing.................. We eat the same way, but because I call my plan Atkins, I am bashed into the ground................ I eat coconut oil off the spoon, put it in my coffee, fry eggs in it.................

People don't believe me when I have been saying that fructose (fruit sugar) is processed by the body no differently than sucrose or any other type of sugar...................... People jump down my throat and such.................. Hmmmm, maybe there is something to what I am saying.

On the weekends, my hubby and I take our puppies to the lake and they have a 5 mile trail that we walk the dogs..................... They love being out in nature and it is good exercise for all 4 of us and we spend time as a family too. :love: :love:

Again, I grew up on raw dairy and my neighborhood coop says that raw dairy is healthier and safer than pasteurized dairy...................... I don't buy into the governement telling me something HAS to be pasteurized..................those farm eggs I eat taste 100000 times better than anything I can buy in a grocery…
