I tweaked a few things today fingers crossed its successful.

I take welbutrin and celexa but i still struggle with anxiety. I am on the max dose of welbutrin nothing else has worked with little side effects like welbutrin has but i still struggle with some days i feel like everyrhing is crashing around me.

I usually do the stair master as a strengthening tool. I dont consider it cardio even though i sweat like crazy. It doesnt burn very many calories but 10 minutes of it fires up my legs for my real cardio.

I live in vegas where it gets to 120 and u feel like your skin is baking going to the check the mail requires a shower lol

I havent added weight or increased reps but i feel like every time i do them its less uncomfortable. Thanks i get a little nervous in the weight room but it helps that i google and read up on every move im going to try so that im confident lol

I do the same routine 2 a week and this was my 4th one. I have been doing chest press, tricep dips, and high pulls. So its not like im doing anything crazy. So should i keep doing what im doing and hope it goes away soon? Or lessen it or change upper body workouts im doing?

my studio also does the oils and its dark vs my house i have kids climbing on me and all i smell is toddler farts

its oddly more comfortable doing yoga with a group of people you would think it would be nerve racking but it was exciting

It's the same couple of people a few people recommended approaching and asking for help if I'm struggling. Show initiative etc I'm probably just being super sensitive and I need to suck it up. :)

I don't think I am being paranoid sometimes they point and giggle to their buddies. It's always the dudes . Maybe I should just buy a weight bar to use at home .

When my gall bladder came out I lost weight really fast 15 pounds in 2 weeks then it slowed down

On mfp go to devices and link your fit bit to mfp I automatically start my workouts on my hr but if you manually log anything it needs to be on mfp and it'll synce to fitbit

Last five years have been up and down for me highest weight was 260 I'm down to 242 I usually get down to 206 then fall off the wagon :( goal weight is 180 so 60 pounds to go
