Below 163 so I meet the Navy's standards before I go to boot camp, if I am above those standards then I get to get taped and sent to the heavy division or as some people call it, "fat camp" lol

I am doing 5-Hour-Energy. It's not THE BEST for you, but it has prevented headaches for me for a while there. It's not the worst thing on the planet but it helps kick the habit a little :)

When in High School I was always around the 150-155 mark. And when I went for a checkup at the doctor about 2 years later (never weighed myself before because I was a XC runner and softball player) the scale said 186 lbs. I couldn't believe it.

You can buy it on Amazon cheaper, but if you want it ASAP you can buy it at good ol' Walmart :D It's 3 circuits, each circuit consists of 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs. So far the only workout system that went too fast for me was Zumba, LOL I think I was just impatient and didn't get it. And I am not that great at dancing :)

Letting them know that you're in control of your house/body/possessions/relationships. They won't attack a strong individual. Prayer helps too.

The only time I heard of this was with a gastric bypass patient. I never heard it for someone who has not had this surgery.

On top of what I said, every time I break my "No Soda" rule, I drink double the amount of water PLUS my 64 fl oz (8 cup) requirement. So if I drink a 12 oz coke, I will drink 88 oz of water.

I usually get coca-cola withdrawals every 2-3 days. So, every 2-3 days I drink one if something like coffee won't get rid of it. After that, if I drink a coke I make sure to spend an extra 20-30 minutes doing some type of workout. :)

I have a hard time believing that people burn 800 calories doing 30 minutes of walking their dog. Keyword, WALKING lol

I think plain celery is the only one I have ever heard of. It takes more energy to chew it than it is providing you. What's the point though unless you're crazy about the stuff?

I would say walking is good, running may be hard on your knees. I was a cross country runner in high school and I am about 20lbs heavier than I was back then and it kills me sometimes.
