How many reps of these exercise should you do?

My scale is stuck right now. I HATE it.

I weigh 3 lbs more this week than last week and I didn't even have easter dinner. This SUCKS!!

Dave, did someone shot the easter bunny in your yard?

I even go as far as logging my exercise. It seems to help get my butt to the gym because I say "I already logged it I might as well do it"

Anyone ever do a jazzercise class?

Well I have been getting my butt out of bed and going to the gym. So far so good. I'm down 4lbs in a week from going.

I Have to get up at 5:30am to go to the gym. I hope I can do it!

Well I joined the gym today now all I have to do is get myself out of bed every morning and go.

I'm just afraid that I am still way to heavy to start it

Anyone every go to a spin class? I want to go but I'm afraid I might die there. HA HA.

I'm having the same problem with lunch. I had the lapband done in November and I'm sick and tired of tuna and chicken salad for lunch. I can't eat subway or lean pockets because of the bread and if I have soup one more day I think I will just scream!
