If you get a heart rate monitor or someone has one and carries that weight can't they add it to the database?

Based on my goals my calorie goal here was set to 1260, with what I add, I tend to come under and still feel full. The only reason I would actually go over is where I have a craving, but I'm not really hungry for it, it's just the taste. I don't think it's starving yourself if you're eating the right foods. I remember…

I generally like exercise dvd's or games (like Fitness Coach, Wii Fit, fitness You), the games more so as they generally track with the likes of "completing this work-out did -x- to your daily requirement" I find it easy just to follow someone, even if I'm a bit slower, than to try and motivate myself.

I feel I can relate to this.. xD

Computer Science, worrying I won't get back after first year.

I personally use gum, the chewing motion usually helps stave off hunger for me between meals (I actually used to just chew it eating nothing during school days)

I'm 19, I did like Manga and anime but haven't read/watched much recently, but I do constantly use netflix and love playing video games. I'm getting back into weight lost since I'll be buying an exercise bike next week when I get paid again and my main problem usually is being pure lazy/not wanting to make a lot of noise…

She is not even over weight. She's young so obviously has a baby face. What sort of school does she go to? Seems like they're trying to encourage anorexia from an early age.

Just keep doing it for as long as you can each day. Don't push yourself. Eventually you'll get a lot better. I began doing them for 30 seconds, then went up to a minute. I normally start shaking holding myself up from 20 seconds but i'm determined to not let myself drop until the time is up. You could also try doing them…

Do "women's" push-ups. When I was trying to lose weight when I was younger I came across them, and they still work your upper area and arms, but are easier to do than the standard push up. Stand arms length or so away from the wall. Lean into it and push yourself back. Repeat. Since you're standing, you won't struggle…

I think it depends on the person. I'm shy and wouldn't really go out (for a walk or anything) less I had a purpose to (i.e. had to go shops, meeting up with someone etc). So if I was home-schooled I probably would have never made any friends at all. For someone who's more outgoing and confident they wouldn't have a problem…

This ties in with my own goals, happy to join and be a part of this :D

I'm a cartoon. Guess my age. 18?

I hope I can follow your example. I'm doing running as a sport for my coursework (sports science) and pray I can improve by our final measurements in a few months (we'll be doing the beep test and balke test). How much did you do a day, usually? Time-wise o.o

I've tried it before, but can't really say I had much success. I had to stop when I was getting dizzy in school and everyone kept hassling me. Even though you should fast, then eat, fast, then eat, I had a habit of thinking "just keep fasting since you're already doing it" Personally I couldn't see myself doing it again…

Why not eat those low calorie chocolate cereal snacks? (I don't really like chocolate, but I've have cereal snacks without it below 50 cals, so a drizzle of chocolate on it shouldn't add much) I find when you're trying to keep the cravings off, gum is beast. The chewing helps trick my stomach into thinking i've ate (:

I'm 5'2" and hoping to drop to 110 (so more than 20) but i'm happy to be a support buddy (:

I'm from the UK, what's "freshman 25"? xD We're the same age, though most of my weight problems is due to being lazy/inactive ): Feel free to chat anytime or add me (:

I'm very picky with noodles (and most other foods), the only ones I'll eat is koka curry noodles (which however are 300Cals) If you don't like the taste of them, dress them up with something else, like soy sauce. If you're forcing yourself to eat something you don't like you'll most likely end up binging later trying to…

I'd call myself a gamer geek, but it's predominately for Kingdom hearts (my favourite series in the world), though i've recently gone retro and revisited my childhood playing Banjo Kazooie on the N64 :3 I'm mostly into RPGs, but since I basically have no money I would tend to look for cheap (usually older and used by the…
