I always try & burn a minimum of 1000 calories at the gym. I do have a hrm. I LOVE the elliptical, it really gets my heart rate up compared to walking/jogging on the treadmill. I also do a cycle/spin class or a step class along with the elliptical to get me this burn. Hope this helps :)

I would do the squat with punches & give it all you got :) If your watching Biggest Loser this season, there is a lady on there who hurt her leg/knee & cannot do any lower body exercises & she just lost 16 lbs I believe last week! Craziness! Bob has her doing alot of punching. Good Luck to you!

I seriously had to look back & forth at your before & after pics because you look totally different! So pretty & happier in your after pic! Great job....you have done FABULOUS!!! Do some people not even recognize you now?

I'm not sure if a new scale will help. My scale's (and yes I said scale's...lol) all do the same thing. My sister is also on MFP & her scale does it too. I started weighing in only once a week & it really helped. I had to start hiding the scale or putting it where it was hard to reach or get to. Good Luck to you :)

Sad to say...but I'm still sitting at 166.4. I am going to make some changes starting today (eat a little healthier)! Hopefully by next Friday I'll drop a few pounds :) Hope everyone did great this week!!!
