It's laziness and addiction to fats that makes this a good idea for anyone. It really is disgusting what some people do to their bodies (sometimes me included).

Fresh or frozen vegetables, I can't even look at canned vegetables without feeling disgusted at the thought of their mushiness. Whole grain breads, white bread feels like cotton in my mouth now. Also learning that a sub from subway tastes just as good without cheese and mayo.

I'm in! I was wanting to incorporate a "clean" day into my diet anyway, meaning no meats and all raw veggies and fruits. Meatless Mondays will be that day. Thanks!

I've heard that if you take too many showers it will dry out your skin. I know I feel gross if I don't shower every day, but we are really only supposed to shower once a week with soap, and only wash the essentials and rinse off the rest of your body once a day. So maybe you're washing too often?

I get way too tempted with the fun size candies, one candy bar always leads to three. Luckily I mostly only have the non-chocolate types of candy left, I don't have a strong urge to eat those, and it's all on top of my fridge so I have to work for it if I really want some.

I really didn't want to leave, but the job market forced me. I went to school at UNC Wilmington and lived there for about three years before moving here. My home town is a small place in the foothills called Rutherfordton, NC, both very beautiful places.

I think it would depend on how overboard you go. You can eat what you want, but no need to go crazy.
