This is my biggest battle. I am trying to wean myself off slowly. I had 3 peanut M&Ms (yes just 3 single pieces) to kind off satisfy the craving without going nuts. Always heard sugar is an addiction and I need a way to cut it out cold turkey. It is a major struggle.

You are doing good 9 pounds in one month with only 20 something pounds to go. Remember slow and steady wins the race. Let your body get used to this new weight loss.

I track everything. You would be surprised how many calories some fruits can have.

I am 5'5 and have 43 lbs left to lose. Although so far I have lost 12 pounds it is kind of discouraging trying to find the right things to eat along with a good variety. I weigh in tomorrow morning hopefully I have lost at least half a pound. I am still regretting the pizza I had on Friday night.

I agree just walk. I started walking a month ago and now it is so addictive. I only planned on walking 3x a week, but now my body craves it everyday so now I walk at least 2 miles every day. If I can walk having anemia then I am pretty sure OP could walk also.

I seem to be having the same problem weekends seem to be worse. The problem is I am not hungry although I am still under 1200. I am trying to force myself to eat more in the mornings, but I usually do my walking first thing in the morning.

I would really prefer to just drink water. Water is strongly recommended for my minor genetic condition. I have to take my supplements twice a day. But I do have a bottle of lemonade concentrate in my fridge. Just got to make sure to use a straw.

Don't know I have been evaluated for malabsorption problems. Doctor thinks the anemia is related to a minor genetic condition I have, since it is common for people with this condition. Do you take the Vitamin C pills before or at the same time you take the iron supplements?

Well since I am going through this weight loss program we weigh in every Tuesday and it just happened to day 2 of my cycle. I am usually a few pounds heavier during my first couple days. Can't wait for next Tuesday to see how much I actually loss.

I am from New Orleans and yes losing weight in the south is hard. So much temptation just thinking about catfish poboys, beignets is enough to make my mouth water.
