Kind of. I estimate my calories. I only try to get the correct amount when I am keeping track on this site. Other than that I look at an item and round the calories from the nutrition label, or guess how many calories the item has based on similar items I eat. I have actually lost weight this way.

If anything I would say probably about 5 more pounds. I do not see that happening. I am really focusing on lifting more weight, but if I can increase what I lift and drop weight that would be great. I see my weight going up though, I plan on eating everything in sight.

I kind of agree with both people here. I think that if you are someone who will eat nonstop while you are doing something else then you should either stop doing that thing and do something else, or stop having the stuff in your house that you can't stop eating. I do not think you should stop having the stuff long term…

I have never tried diet pills, but for water weight you could just go to a sauna and sweat it out. Or do things at home to sweat it out. There are also belts that are supposed to help you loose water weight. I think pills are ok for trying to lose a bit for an event or a vacation, but I am kind of against them because of…
