I do not care about the weight of the people in the Bridal Party I care about what the people standing up with me at the wedding wear. I was saying I could understand the weight of the Bridal Party affecting how someone else wants their wedding to look.

I say they can be just friends, it helps if you think they are ugly. However, most of the guys I make friends with I find attractive. That is why I started talking to them in the first place. They hit on me, I decided I wanted to keep them around so I slowly made them just my buddies.

I do not like the way this sounds. However, if I was getting married I would pick out what the brides maids, groom, groomsmen and myself wear. I would want them to look a certain way, so I can see wanting the bridal party to weigh a certain amount.

You could look up some BMI calculators online, if they will consider those evidence (some people don't). I would say your weight for a small frame of your size is over weight. You should be below 120lbs but about 110lbs, depending on what you want to look like. A doctor could tell you if you are good or not.

I have not been to LA, but what makes me want to go to the drawing board is when I see someone with a bigger butt than me or a woman with bulks muscles. That or the strippers who climb the pole or stay on it the whole time. I can't even lift my own weight once. They make me feel so weak.

I find lifting boring. Even when I do it with other people it is boring. I would rather play. The only reasons I lift are because I want to get strong and because I like the way bulky muscle looks, but that does not make it fun.

I record everything I eat and everything I drink on the days I save my diary on this site. If I do not save my diary then I did not put everything. I like having a record of what I eat.

This is around the time I usually leave my friends house if I am leaving early. Leaving my friends house at around 4 am is leaving late for me. So I see no problem with someone running, jogging, or walking between 1 am and 2 am.

White rice does have nutrients. You can check the USDA National Nutrient Database if you want to find out how much nutrients is in the type of white rice you want to cook. Or not cook if you want it raw, they have that on there too.

I think you should stop drinking the shakes and replace them with food you have to cook at home or pick up from some other place. The only thing I plan is going for a walk and that is really just planning the distance of the walk. Everything else I wing. I get bored with planned exercise.

I think it is a good idea. I would say burn 300 to 400 calories though. Depending on what you think you might drink with your food at the place you are going. Hope you have fun.
