The BMI is realistic for me. I have been in all places on the BMI range. I look healthy when I am in the weight range the BMI says I should be in. For me it works right now, but for some people it does not work.

Did you update your profile after you lost 40 pounds? I update mine when I hit my goal, maybe that will change your numbers some, it changed mine a little bit but I do it every 5 lbs lost or so. If you don't want to add the full 1000 then don't, or at least not yet, you can slowly build up to that if you want.

For some people it is, but the amount seems low to me. If you decide to add some calories maybe you could try peanut butter on rits crackers, a vegetable stue may taste good, fruit for snacks, fruit juices with meals can help put some calories in your day.

I have not done that, but on youtube there are people that have put up videos showing how to do it step by step. If you cannot find anyone to help, maybe you could try watching the videos to see if any of them help.

Going to the doctor could help, waiting a week and taking the at home test again may help, and you may be able to call the help line of the brand you bought to ask them if that is supposed to happen or look it up online to see if other people had tests that did the same thing.

I like to eat often. So I started looking for some lower calorie brands or types of food I can eat that I still think taste good. I switched to a different brand of bacon, popsicles, mayo and other things. That helped me some.

For this story you did fail. You were supposed to do 160, but you didn't. You did 140, which is great and really close to your goal, but its not 160, so I'm going to side with your friend on this.

Stop doing quick add calories, possibly re-do your profile settings to track different things and set your account to a higher weight goal, that way you can slowly build up to eating less calories.

I think packing away anything one size up from what you are now would be a good idea in case you gain a few pounds in the future. I think any thing more than one size up should be sold, given away or donated so that you have more space in your home.

For a model that picture does make her look fat. For a regular girl she is average. Unless they are plus size models, models are really thin. So for typical models she is heavy. But I don't think she is fat, just as a model she is a little bigger than I would expect.

If it is by about 100 calories then not really. You are supposed to get as close to the daily calorie allowance as you can.

5'4, 152.6 lbs. My goal is to get strong and have a muscular/toned build. I like the way people with this body look, and older people with these kinds of bodies don't look as old as they actually are and thats what I want to be like.
