Depending on your stats I am going to say you could probably do it by the end of July. Is the 25 to get you to a healthy weight or did you just want to lose some weight and think 25 is about right?

It can be an eye opener when you first start logging what you are eating. When I started I had gained a bunch of weight and found out by using this site that I was eating a few thousand calories a day.

When I wake up before I take a shower. Then randomly throughout the day if I get bored. So before 8 A.M.

Looks fine to me. How much do you weigh at the moment and how tall are you? The weight loss will probably slow down soon. If you feel like you are starving you should eat more, but if you feel full after you finish eating then you should be fine. I would suggest finding out what your maintenance calories for your goal…

That sounds about right for a few days prep in comparison to what I have seen videos on. The longest one I can remember seeing was about 8 hours and was for a full week.
