You will most likely gain at least some of the weight back. If you want to keep the weight off you should set your calorie level to maintenance when the program ends. Continuing to exercise when the program is over can help, but you do not have to stay at the same level if your only goal was weight loss.

I have done that. It worked, but you don't have to do that. If your calories are all over the place then you can use the exercise to keep the calories closer to whatever your calorie goal is.
