I figured out today that I don't have to hold a camera way above my head to get my double chin out of the picture. It just isn't quite there anymore. I mean I am still over 300lbs, but after losing 31lbs, my double chin seems to have shrunken quite a bit.

I think it depends on your body, really. I weigh a lot more than most of you, so I lose more weight a little easier (at first).

I'm with everyone else on this matter. I'd enter it manually, because if you put moderate it kind of negates the exercise, and then you count the exercise double (technically). It also takes away from your calories when you make your life 'sedentary' so that's up to you. I'd rather have more calories & exercise more lol. I…

Just got home from a Halloween party. I surprised myself by only having one beer, & when we went to eat afterwards only eating the main course, NO fries (even though they came with it) now I'm doing my push ups cause I forgot lol yay for everyone who is doing well.

I've been thinking about this too. Luckily, I don't really have to strategically plan until Christmas (not going to see the fam for Thanksgiving :( :( :( ) but my idea is to eat what I want in moderation, and fill up on fluids (water, non sweetened tea). So, I did the elliptical for half an hour, doing one minute intervals where I let go & then held on (I have awful balance) and my tummy is already sore. Thanks lol
