i know how you feel, going out with the girls always involves eating and this Christmas there are two work parties and we are supposed to be going to an 'all you can eat buffet' restaurant. Not want I'd like to do at all. one plate of salad then please and no i don't feel like a dessert I'm full lol

yep we got engaged and Ive tried on dresses and decided i want to look my best on the day, what better motivation (for me anyway). it just happened that my sister had found MFP and that's why I'm here. The Dress!

yes i always log it. it's really quick and because i have milk with my tea it means roughly 14 cals- it soon adds up..

I have just started on here too. I'm getting married on the 8th Oot 2012 and have the goal of getting down to 155ibs so if you'd like to we could keep each other motivated as we have similar goals.

we make a lot of salads hardly any cooking time- try adding grilled bacon and chicken and your done. we also have smoothies and juices if we're peckish. very quick and I've typed the mixtures in to my recipes so i can add them easily to MFP. we used to eat out all the time too (about 3-4 times a week), but we started…

I tried the hip hop workout, it really gets your heart rate up. then they tell you that was just the warm up lol. great at melting the fat though.
