So the first week was great I pushed myself and I did it...did week 2 day 1 was tough but I did it, but for some reason week 2 day 2 I couldn't finish..do I need to do week 1 again?

I did week 2 day 2 yesterday and I couldn't do it. week 1 i did it and puch myself but for some reason i am can't. What are your speeds on a treadmill.

Yesterda I did week 2 day 1 and I actually did it. I was dreading it and nervous but I did it. Although my chest hurt a bit during the end of the jogging segment I did it and pushed through it.

Yesterday I finished week 1...not sure I am ready for week 2 but I will give it a try.

I just got done yesteday doing my week 1 day 2. I can honestly say day 2 is better then day 1. I am so excited to keep going.

I am the exact same way. I struggle with this every weekend. It's so frustrating. I do so well during the well and stay under my calories and workout a bit. But the weekend comes and we eat out like crazy and no workouts. I feel like every Monday I have to re-lose the weight i lost the previous week and then some. Never…

Atlantique- thanks for the tips and advice. I will think about and see what I need to do. I was walking 3.0 and running/joggin 5.0. I could have pushed myself to do another, but was glad it was over. Thanks again for the support.

Well I did my first day and it felt good to actually do it, but I will tell you I almost quit....really was tough at the end. I hope I can keep it up. The thought of doing it again does not excite me but I know I need to do it.

What do you all use for your seasoning on fajitas? The packets are so high in sodium.

I am stating the today...I am nervouse. Does anyone know how fast you should walk and jog on the treadmill? It says walk 5 min brisk and then jog but not sure how fast that is. I am so excited to be starting this.
