I take a variety of healthy snacks with me no matter where I go... it just makes sense yeah?

Was told today the big muscles in leg exercises (squats, deadlifts, ect) increase your testosterone more than any other lift while partaking. Makes sense. No wonder we love dem deadlifts.

I have the same issues regarding other exercises too (mowing lawns, gardening are big burns compared to circut training, ect). I think in general, unless you know for sure the data is indeed correct, your better off low balling it.

Gym for sure. To easy to get stuck in a routine that hinders results at home. Learn from others experience and let them inspire you to a level you never thought you could acheive.
