^5 this! Leslie is great especially if you ahvent been exercising, she is a great place to start BEFORE you jump into the Turbo Fires etc, which are good as mentioned. Main thing is find something you like because that is the only way you will keep doing it!

Nothing. I wasnt aware that there is food I shouldnt have??? Hmmmmmm, I would fail at this for sure if that were the case. I oreos and LOVEEEEEEEEEE cupcakes. I have cupckaes at least once a week, espcially on double workout days. LOVE IT!

YES and I log everyday and everyday is a cheat day if thats the case. ALl in how and what you define as cheating, I mean im sure I have something everyday that people consider cheating, thats the beauty of NOT being on a diet, but simply changing my life and how much of something I eat, but I have no restrictions!

I would make two a few suggestion, but first CHECK with your doctor to make sure you are ok to start walking, then shoes. The right shoes is going to make all the difference in the world. Sometimes I do, sometimes I dont, depends on if I am hungry or not. You have to do what works for you, that being said MFP is designed for you to eat them back believe it or not. Just saying...I know this and still do not comply all the time. LOL

Eat food! That is my thoughts on it. Shakes should be temporary jump start only, eating really is the best method in all honesty. Just my 2 cents though and I am no expert! :O)

306 is what I admit too, when I got on the scale....it may have been more at some point <shrug> But when I got on the scale in May of 2011, that is the number that looked back at me!

Write it all down, we are not as smart or honest as we would like to believe when it comes to logging and we only cheat our selfs by procaliming expertise in the area.
