I don't know about using it for weight loss but I enjoy sitting in the sauna every once in a while. I like dry sauna's though.

I have a 5 yr old who just started kindergarten this year. I don't see myself homeschooling. I just don't have the Patience for it. im 5'2" and my ultimate goal is 130 and I'm 30 i have a medium frame. i gotta loooooooooong way to go though! good luck on your journey! A year into my journey and ive only lost 8 pounds, but to be fair i kind of "quit" for about 7 months. I just recently started again, and this time I'm sticking with it.
