i agree! 30 calories over isnt bad at all.

this is what i was told to do by my Dr, when i was preggo taking prenatal vitamins. i never had a problem keeping them down though, but this is what i would suggest.

yeah, I haven't seen tons of people trying to take an easy way out. I would say the majority are trying to do it healthy.

ive only had this on exercise equipment, like ellipticals and treadmills. if im up on my feet moving around like doing aerobics or what have you it doenst happen. Im curious to know what it is also

i once walked in on my husband playing the xbox kinect doing some work out game and he was in nothing but his boxer briefs....i laughed hysterically, I even snorted.

usually yoga pants/yoga capris and a plain t shirt or tank

we do frozen veggies mainly too.

i told my husband to skip out on the candy this year. I told him get me some bath and body works, and i'll be happy. He's got good taste when it comes to smelly good stuff so I can trust him.

i have a 4 yr old and a 18 month old

when i had a membership i paid 80 bucks a month. That was for a family membership and all the classes, sauna, hot tub and pool. also included child care while you work out. I canceled though. It was just too much money, and i got bored of all the classes and machines that they had.
