I haven't been diagnosed or anything, but I'm worried that my weight is causing sleep apnea. Diabetes also runs in my family and I'm kinda afraid to get my numbers run. Hoping to lose a few before getting those things checked out.

I'm totally up for this! My goals for 2013 are to complete the Couch to 5K running program (already at week 5) and continue to log my food. I figure if I can keep it up for a month the habit will be set and I'll have an easier time keeping it up the whole year.

Thanks for the advice. Do people do different workouts on their off-running days? I'm just feeling like I want to build in some sort of daily workout activity.

I'm new to the groups on MFP and I would love to get to know some clean eating people. I mostly eat clean. I subscribe to Emeals, which is a service that creates menus and shopping lists for various eating plans. I do the clean eating plan and it is awesome! I'd love to share tips and tricks!
