One of the yummiest salads I've had was an apple walnut salad with grilled chicken. I just buy the chicken tenders, make maybe three? I don't mind a little, I expect some, given the amount of weight, but you know. I'm thinking something crazy, like really unappealing to the eye. I don't want a tummy that goes down to my knees or something. :P I should definitely incorporate weights, methinks.

Right there with ya! But I try to keep in mind, that every day you get to start over. Every minute, you get to start over, really. I think keeping track on here - everything you eat - really helps you feel in control. I like seeing the numbers.
